Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Becksöndergaard purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest designated service point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
